fundraising assistant - macau (2-year contract, RENEWABLE)
Responsibilities:
- Support the monthly donation program, including venue booking, sign-up form checking, and onsite support.
- Provide support in organizing fundraising events, including participant and volunteer recruitment, production, promotion, mailing communications and logistics arrangements.
- Organize and implement donation box placements and cash collection.
- Handle donor inquiries via phone calls, emails, social media inbox, and walk-in reception.
- Process donation transactions and maintain e-payment reports.
- Provide general administrative support to the office.
- Perform additional tasks and assignments as requested by supervisors.
Requirements:
- Degree holder with 1 year of working experience in fundraising, marketing, sales, event management or customer service
- Good communications skills in both English and Chinese.
- Good telephone manner and communication skills.
- Experience in online and digital initiatives preferred.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms, video editing skills preferred.
- Outgoing and enjoys working outdoors.
- Right of abode in Macau, able to work under a roster, including working on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays as required
- Identification with Oxfam’s vision and mission is a must
